About the team

Peter Bladen

Peter – has a background in defects surveying and moved into energy saving technologies when he judged this to be the future several years ago. He created Bladen Consulting Limited 7 years ago offering consultancy in energy saving to industry.

Nicci and Peter started Energy Foundation Training in 2008 to train others to be energy experts and provide EPCs. He started BSOLAR in 2009 after training others in solar pv design. He is presently Managing Director of BSOLAR and still provides training and design excellence.

Nicci Wilson

Nicci is the Finance Director of Bladen Consulting, BSOLAR and Energy Foundation, she also holds responsibility for all marketing activities. Nicci is a qualified project manager by background and brings a rigour to the work of the group.

Nicci is presently managing the project to provide Green Deal Advisor training next summer.

Keith Jolliffe

Keith is a solar PV design expert who correctly sizes all systems for optimum performance. Keith completes MCS, DNO, HomePro and FITs registrations for BSOLAR.

Keith previously managed candidate progress for Energy Foundation training.

Phil Eden

Phil arranges customer appointments, manages sales team diaries and produces customer quotes and contracts. Phil worked in Council Planning after completing his Planning degree.

Mike Shwenn

Mike was taken on by BSOLAR as Warehouse Manager. He still looks after the warehouse and stock purchasing and control but is now BSOLAR Installations Manager, co-ordinating the teams and equipment for all installations.

Peter Lovelady

Peter has spent many years in construction industry sales to end customers. He is now BSOLAR senior sales executive undertaking free professional no-obligation surveys to propose the best value systems for all potential customers.

Christian Mathews

Christian, like Peter, applies his considerable expertise to undertaking free professional no-obligation surveys to propose the best value systems for all potential customers.
